2009 Neverwas Haul Expedition: the Book
“Damn the Blinkies, full steam ahead!”
Inspired by the Science Fiction of Jules Verne and H.G. Wells, the Neverwas Haul is a self-propelled three-story Victorian house on wheels.
The Haul is home to the Traveling Academy of UnNatural Sciences, a collaborative group of artists and adventurers.
The sample pages on the left are from a self-published book about their 2009 expedition to the Burning Man Festival in Black Rock City, Nevada. It is a fantasy story book about the Haul’s inventor “Major Catastrophe” and his crew as they explore the Black Rock wilderness.
